Morning Starters: Summer 2 - Ice Age

Did You Know?

In the Ice Age, lions and cave bears often fought for food. These ancient animals were bigger and stronger than modern lions and bears. Lions would frequently venture into caves to find prey when food was scarce, leading to fierce battles for survival. In addition to their size and strength, Ice Age lions had longer limbs and more powerful jaws, making them formidable predators. Cave bears, on the other hand, were primarily herbivores but could become extremely aggressive when defending their territory or young, making these encounters with lions even more dangerous.
