Morning Starters: Summer 2 - Four Seasons

Wednesday

Did You Know?

Some animals, like hedgehogs, dormice and bats, hibernate during winter to survive the cold and lack of food. During hibernation, their body temperature drops, their heartbeat slows and they use less energy, allowing them to conserve vital resources. Hibernation can last for several months, ensuring these animals can withstand harsh conditions and emerge in the spring, when the environment becomes more hospitable and abundant in food.
