Did You Know?

In the Peruvian Amazon, fire ants are the masters of teamwork and cooperation. When their ant colony is flooded, they float to safety by forming a living raft. The raft is made by the resilient insects locking their legs together. Fire ants are called ‘fire ants’ because of the intense burning sensation their sting causes.
