Morning Starters: Summer1 - Grasslands

Thursday

Did You Know?

In Botswana’s grasslands, bull elephants stride majestically, disturbing insects as they move. This creates an excellent opportunity for bee-eaters, brightly coloured birds that swoop and jostle to catch these insects in mid-air. Before the grass withers and food becomes scarce, these birds feast on their favourite snacks, taking full advantage of the elephants’ movements through their shared environment.
