A family of orcas has discovered an excellent hunting technique by learning from their mother. She leads by example, showing her young how to herd rays into a tight ball and trap them near the surface. This skill requires teamwork and determination, and the young orcas succeed by appreciating her guidance and practising her clever strategy.
