Did You Know?

In the Congo, orphaned bonobos are raised by kind, generous women called ‘Mammas.’ The women teach the young bonobos essential skills like finding food, avoiding dangerous animals and playing peacefully with others. The Mammas make sure their mischievous students understand the dos and don’ts of being a curious bonobo so they can return to the wild and thrive as adults.
