With their massive, bulbous heads, large eyes and eight distinctive arms, octopuses are considered to be among the most intelligent invertebrates on the planet.
In this fascinating clip, a shallow rock pool harbours the unique Abdopus octopus. Unlike most octopuses, which are confined to the depths of the ocean, this particular species can be found living on the beaches of Australia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
