You are a member of a conservation team that has been assigned the task of tracking down a snow leopard and fitting it with a GPS device so that you can monitor its movements. Write about your trek through the mountains. What problems did you encounter? What signs did you see of the snow leopard? Were you successful? If so, how were you able to fit the tracking device?
• Writing as a either a male or female snow leopard, you have decided to place a lonely hearts ad in the latest edition of The Himalayan Express. How would you describe yourself? What are you looking for in a partner?
